Terms of service
Last updated 6 September 2026.
1. The interface
Curb is a non-custodial frontend for launching Pons V2 coins on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) and pairing each launch to a penny stock. These terms govern your use of the website and any related interface. They do not govern the Pons factory, Uniswap, or your wallet vendor.
2. No custody
Curb never holds your keys, tokens, or funds. Every connection is a request your wallet may refuse. A signature is not a transfer. A launch or trade panel that does not broadcast a payable transaction will not move ETH out of your wallet.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use Curb if you are subject to sanctions, or if token launches or equity-linked experiments are unlawful where you live. You are solely responsible for that determination.
4. Markets
A penny-stock pair on Curb is a label on a Pons coin, not a brokerage account and not ownership of the named equity. Graduation is a function of the Pons factory, not a promise by Curb that any given coin will migrate.
5. Risk
You can lose the entire value of a token. Penny stocks are volatile. Named tickers on this site are pair targets for a public test, not investment recommendations. Oracle gaps, hook failure, sequencer downtime, and smart-contract bugs are part of the surface. Past prints are not a forecast.
6. Prohibited use
You will not attack the interface, scrape in a way that degrades it, impersonate Curb, or use the site to violate law. We may restrict access to the frontend at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The interface is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curb and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens or data, arising from your use of the interface.
9. Not Robinhood
Curb is not built, operated, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates. “Robinhood Chain” is the settlement network. Pons is operated by its own authors. Names of other protocols and listed companies are used only to describe pairings or integrations.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after a post is acceptance.
